The 2027 Pan Gathering will be held in Pitlochry from Friday 20th August until Monday 23rd August.
This will be the 30th Anniversary of the first Pan Gathering event.
The event is open to all current riders and pillions of Honda Pan European motorcycles and no membership of any Pan European club is required. The event also welcomes riders and pillions who have attended previous Pan Gatherings but have moved on to another motorcycle model/make. Attendance at the rideouts only is not possible.
We have followed the guidelines agreed in Vradal in 2019 and selected a hotel which has extensive space for sitting and socialising, excellent facilities, access to excellent road routes and good parking for our motorcycles.
The Atholl Palace hotel will be the registration point, where our help desk will be staffed during the Gathering, where all evening meals will be hosted and from where the ride outs will depart.
Built in 1878 in Scottish Baronial architectural style as a spa hotel it has seen other uses including hosting evacuee children during WW2.
It has in recent times enjoyed significant investment to bring it up to its current 4-star splendour.
In the event that we fill all of our room allocation in the Atholl Palace Hotel we will use Fishers Hotel in Pitlochry as a second hotel.
TIME LINE
October 2026 – Website went live with information
November 2026 – Registration opens on Website. Registration will include payment of a £20 non refundable Hotel deposit. This covers hotel admin costs in event of subsequent cancellation. It will be deducted from the balance due on 30th June 2027.
1st February 2027 – Gathering Fee confirmed and payment opens, selection of Gala Dinner meals opens.
30th June 2027 – Reservations Close. Selection of Gala Dinner Meals Close.
30th June 2027 – Pay Hotel balance & Pay Gathering Fee in full.
